Just and update on the new towers that you see going from La Honda to San Gregorio.  What you say, you didn't see cell towers?  Actually they are mounted on telephone poles.  I had a chat with one of the guys the other day and apparently they are going to run these from the San Gregorio store, up the the four corners and then down to lower Woodside.  In addition, they are going to run them from the four corners to the Kings Mtn fire station.  Each one of those little buggers has a 2Gbs capacity and tie directly into the fiber lines that have been strung on the road.  They are all run into the big Verizon hub on Sears Ranch road in La Honda and then to the switch in La Honda. 

It appears that our days of spotty cell coverage is about to come to an end....for better or worse.
